Rexell Livelo is currently residing in Alberta, Canada and who was born and raised in Cavite, Philippines. He started his artistic career at PWU in Manila, Philippines, where he graduated with a Certificate in Painting in 2000 and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a painting concentration from PWU in 2004. In keeping with his goal of being a top artist, Rexell graduated from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Extension in 2018 and received a Visual Arts Certificate with Distinction from the same institution in 2021.

Some of his works are proudly on exhibit in notable art galleries and private collections in the Philippines, Canada and other Countries. He is a member of various arts groups in Canada primarily in Federation of Canadian Artists and Harcourt House Artist Run Center .
